Welcome to the Lullaby Hat Company a place to find the cutest handmade crochet baby hats for any occasion! All items are handmade by me in the USA.
All orders are shipped in a plastic poly mailer that can be disinfected upon arrival.

☀ Please be aware that my turn around time is for production only and does not include time in the mail. International mail does take longer. Please plan accordingly for mail on international orders.

0 to 3 Months approx: Hat Height 5" - 5.5" / 13" Hat Circumference
3 to 6 Months approx: Hat Height 5.5" - 6" / 14"-16" Hat Circumference
6 to 12 Months approx: Hat Height 6.5" - 7" / 15" - 18" Hat Circumference
12 to 2 Months approx: Hat Height 7" - 7.5" / 17"- 19" Hat Circumference
The package is marked delivered but was never received
In a case the tracking indicates that the package was marked as delivered but was never received, we first ask you to contact your local post office to see if it was left at a specific place or was brought back with them. If they're still unable to locate the package, you will need to file a claim with the post. After a written confirmation from the post that the item was marked as delivered by accident, we could proceed to create a reshipment or a refund for the order.
